Returns

All sales of cut-to-size items are final as we have relied on your specification of material and dimensions. Standard product sizes may be returned if a return authorization request is received by ACI within 10 business days of customer receipt.

To initiate a return, you must request a return authorization within 10 business days of product receipt at returns@aciplastics.net. The customer is responsible for shipping expenses associated with returns unless product is defective.

Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of item’s price. Returned merchandise must be received in its original condition preferably in the original packaging.
