Custom fabrication, cut-to-size products, CNC-machined components, laser-cut products, thermoformed products, and other made-to-order items may be subject to additional specifications, tolerances, approvals, pricing, lead times, and terms established in an ACI Plastics quotation, order acknowledgment, or other transaction document.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and restocking charges are governed by ACI Plastics’ applicable Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy and any terms provided with a quotation, order acknowledgment, or sale.

Certain custom, fabricated, cut-to-size, special-order, or otherwise modified products may not be eligible for return.

Customers should review the applicable return terms before placing an order.
